Bringing people together is worth celebrating.

Gather & Glow is an event planning and creative coordination company based in Whitecourt, Alberta, bringing people together through thoughtfully curated celebrations, meaningful moments, and experiences worth remembering.

We’re passionate about creating experiences that feel personal, intentional, and just a little unexpected. We believe the best events aren’t simply beautiful; they’re the ones that make people feel something.

Our approach combines thoughtful planning, creative problem-solving, and an appreciation for all the little details that make an event uniquely yours.

We aren’t here to squeeze your vision into a template. We’re here to understand what matters to you, think outside the box, and make sure the experience feels just as wonderful for your guests as it does for you.
